Back to Whistler's Inn Blech I disliked this hotel so much I left the second I entered it was stinky
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 12 2009 Too Much Traffic! I have not stayed at this hotel, but have been to Jasper. Very quaint little town and nice to visit with one exception, the traffic is terrible in Jasper! If you stay at a hotel plan to walk and leave the car behind. For such a small town I just could not believe the amount of traffic.
Reviewed by: Karey H from on Mar 15 2009 Cassios.. While we have no idea about the hotel, the restaurant (Cassios) attached to the hotel, is something to avoid. My wife and I will NEVER eat there again. Dry bread, served the wrong salad, seafood pasta served in a water broth, mussels served that were not open, canneloni served in tomato soup etc. etc. and, to top it off, $43.50 CDN for a litre of house wine!!!
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 07 2008 Clean, comfortable stay The room we stayed in was newly renovated and showed it well. The bedding was not the typical polyester coverlet but a soft flanelette down filled duvet - cozy! The bathroom was nice and clean, just needed more space to hang towels. And the tv was a new flat screen so it didn't take up any space! The staff at the service desk were very helpful too. A downside is the parking close to the hotel. You have to be picking a spot before the rush of people from the ski hill returns. There is plenty of parking a bit further from the hotel if you don't mind a little walk.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Apr 05 2007 Really nice hotel with a view This hotel is really nice. It has a great location that is close to everything and the price is right. The only bad thing I can say is our neighbours above were noisy............next time I would request a room on the top floor to avoid this.
