The tiny village of Maunaloa may look like it's caught in a time warp, but it boasts its very own modern multiplex movie theater. The theater is housed in the same kind of building as every other major business in Maunaloa: a green farmhouse with red trim. A large sign and several glossy posters identify it as the local entertainment spot. Four theaters show first-run movies. Most of the films are rated PG-13.
