The bonefishing flats and the incredible clarity of the water surrounding the reef are legendary. Snorkelers can glimpse the Three Sisters, a coral formation that contorts every which way. A number of dive operators on the island conduct excursions to the coral caves of the Petrified Forest as well as deep-sea "over-the-wall" dives further east of the reef.
