Neither indoor nor outdoor, dark nor light, this bar could only exist in Hawai'i—or perhaps, in the movies. There's no wall on the sea side, just a low cement overhang that shades people from the sun while letting in the balmy air. Armchairs and couches are comfortable, soft and low to the ground. There's a pool table inside and a telescope on the balcony. The dark wood bar is polished to a gentle gleam. Top-shelf liquors, fine wines and gourmet appetizers are served.
