I would stay again
This hotel was a good location to walk and see sights. The drive to the train station was short and easy. We got this room for $99/night on priceline so the price was great. We ordered room service the second night of our stay. The food was good and ahead of the promised time.

Poor service for wedding reception
While the hotel itself is beautiful we were very disappointed at a recent wedding reception. We were not let into the banquet room for 1/2 hour after scheduled - told it was not ready. It was another hour before the first course was served. Service was extremely slow - seemed to be a kitchen problem - the wait staff was fairly attentive. Table of the groom's parents was served last. At one point all other tables had finished eating and our table had not been served the main course yet. When it arrived the filet was raw (and I like mine rare!) so many at our table had to send it back. We were given another cut of steak instead. Would not recommend their banquet facilities unless kitchen problems are resolved.

nice hotel except for the people
At first glance this hotel is very nice; great views, nice inside, and so on. But if anything goes wrong and you need help, you're in trouble. Our double bed room only had one bed in it. When they didn't have any other rooms, we asked for a cot (this was around 9PM). It didn't arrive until 2:30 in the morning, after we called the desk six times!

the worst night at a hotel
We have travelled all over the world and never stayed at a hotel that treated us so poorly. We were there for a wedding and ended up not sleeping the whole night because wedding guests from another wedding were partying all night. We called the hotel front desk numerous times and were told they would take care of the situation.they did not.People were shouting all night in the halls. The hotel made no amends for their lack of attention to this problem, except for offering to pay for our breakfast. This was unacceptable. To pay so much money for a sleepless night was not worth it.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Animal house
At 2am dozens of people were drunk running down the hall, talking loud enough to be heard 4 floor down to the street below. Management says "they're so sorry". For $250.00 I could have done without the frat party on the 4th floor. The hotel staff ignored the obviously drunken crowd of non guest as the bars closed and they headed up the elevator to someone's room.It was a total lack of respect for other guest.Apparantly they ask you to leave 3 times BEFORE the police are called. So much for a peacefull nights rest.

Very nice
I stayed here for 5 nights in October. Every staff member I came into contact with said hello and have a nice day. My room was cleaned and stocked everyday. The only problem I had was on the last night (Saturday). A bunch of young people must have been having a party. Going back and forth between rooms. They need to adjust or replace the spring hinges on the doors because they slam shut.

Bad Experience
I made an appointment for an hour+ facial at the Omni at Corpus Christi in their "Images" salon. I was only give a half hour facial and in a shoddy closet using Mary Kay product. The young lady had little of no experience and waited on other customers as she gave me what she called, "a facial." No extractions were performed and I was additionally charged 50 dollars when I complained about the fact that she did not give me the full 1.25 hr. facial. I have yet to hear from Omni customer service, I am completely dissatisfied and hope that others will not have the same problems.

three night stay at OMNI new haven
The hotel is located in the New Haven's central location right next to the bars and clubs. The area is bustling on Friday, and Saturday nights. I was there in mid May of this year and the stay was alright for the most part. Room was relatively clean, and the staff was relatively helpful.

Extreamly Poor Service
I have been to many hotels, rated lower than Omni and have been treated far better & with more respect than I was treated at omni. For a property that is rated 4 star 4 dimond I found my stay less than stanard.
