Mughal Mahal is a delightful Indian restaurant in Fahaheel a local favorite (and now with a branch in the Sharq area). The restaurant's ambience is enchanting, starting right at the door, where you are warmly greeted by a fully costumed and Indian doorman complete with turban. Then, you venture down the little stairway into the restaurant itself. Don't expect a view though, because it is in the basement. Do check the spiciness of the menu's dishes when ordering. The heat of some dishes can be well balanced with the cooling yoghurt sauce. Mughal Mahal also provides catering for special events.
