Garden of the Gods was beautiful!
If you ever plan on going to CO, you must take a trip to the garden. Its free and the views are amazing. Be sure to bring the camera. My family also did the horseback riding through the gardens and loved every minute.

It's free!
What more can be said. Beautiful scenery and you can climb on the rocks. The gift shop is enormous too. A must visit if you are in the area.

Wonderful Park
I lived in Colorado for 3 years and visited the park many times, even went thru the park to get home because it was relaxing. But I find it incredible that in visiter comments they tell about how much fun it was to climb all those formations. Please stop! That is not what those formations are for . Nature does enough eroding on her own. Keep the Garden of the Gods intact.

I am am going back for sure!
Although I stayed on the paved trail because a storm was coming in, it was absolutely awesome, I am planning on going back soon and doing some hiking along the other trails, I am hoping to see more, but just the little bit I did see was gorgeous and took well over 50 pictures!

Very beautiful! Coming back next month!
GOG really amazed me. We didn't stay long since we had a supper date, but we got to see the kissing camels, and i think the bison (formations of rock) as well as several rock climbers! I had never seen people scale a mountain like they did! We got there just as the sun was setting on the back side of the red rock and I must say it was breathtaking. Very relaxing walk along the paved trails. Much of the nature trails were blocked off for reclamation and preservation of habitats, but from what we saw, we didn't need the nature trails! Next month when we come back, we will picnic out there and even see the movie on GOG at the visitor center!

Breathtaking
I visited this place 2 or 3 times when I was younger and now that I'm going on my own vacations with my family this is a definate stop. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. Its so beautiful seeing what God has created there. I even once saw a Native American a top a rock meditating and it was just so beautiful. Can't wait to go back!
