Definitly will be back
My wife and I stayed here for two nights in the King Jacuzzi suite and couldnt expect any more. It was a quiet place with very clean rooms. Before we left in the morning for Silver Dollar City, I left a note on the table asking for robes and and new bulb in my bedside lamp. When I came back both were there. Staff was very friendly and the pools were nice. The location was another thing, must get the back of the building with balcony, great view of mountains.

Loved It!!
I loved this hotel! I loved the stair case, and afternoon tea time! The pool and hot tub were big and very relaxing! The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were very clean, and not to small. Great location! The hotel is in walking distance to many popoular atractions. The price was great! I have been to Branson several times, and have stayed in many different hotels, this one is by far the best one I have stayed in, and plan on staying there again on my next visit. I would recomend it to any one planning a trip to Branson!

Best Deal in Branson
This place was awesome. Right on the strip. Very friendly front desk staff, very clean rooms, indoor pool nice and warm on the 20 degree day that we stayed here. Very good breakfast, though limited choices due to it being only a continental style breakfast. The only thing was that it was kind of loud in our room when the water was running in either the room next to us or above us, not sure which it was, but for 59.95 for a King bed, jacuzzi tub, coffee maker, hide-a-bed couch, private patio and very good heat and air unit, who could ask for more. We will stay here from now on anytime we go to Branson.

Nice place - family friendly
We liked the indoor pool area (very nice, large pool and big hot tub). Overall, nice location - very convenient. The grounds and facilities were clean and well kept.

We were very impressed!
We stayed in their suite. It was decorated nicely, was very clean, and the location was wonderful! There was plenty of room for our larger family, and had a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the room. (A convenient pool for the 4 year old when mom didn't want to sit at the pool again!)

GRAND AS Described.....
We have stayed at many 5 star hotel's. We LOVE coming to this hotel. THE STAFF make you feel as if you are coming home. The rooms are cleaned daily immaculately. The tea time in the afternoon is relaxing. The staff could NOT Be any more helpful. Yes, the shower head is low. I am short, my husband is tall. So what? People who gripe about trite things are folks who always gripe about anything. We will always stay there. We go at least twice a year. From Oklahoma, to you, Howdy. This is a great hotel. As I said I have stayed in New York, London, etc. This is well worth the place to stay in Branson. We salute the staff, and owners for the welcome given to travelers like us.

Great place to stay!!
This hotel was very clean and quiet...The rooms were cleaned daily and everyone was professional and courteous...The price was a little steep compared to other hotels with the same amenities and the deluxe continental breakfast left alot to be desired...All in all....we will probably try somewhere else next trip only because your choises are unlimited in Branson...Oh yeah...The maid came into our room without knocking and woke the whole family up!!

Won't be coming back!!
Our room was terrible. To start with, we had used soap in the shower, toilet had urine on the lid, stuffed animal in frigerator, cereal on floor and lamps were unplugged. I called the desk first thing to complain and asked if we could get another room or if we could get our room cleaned. Was told we couldn't have another room as they were full but that our room would be taken care of. When we arrived back late that evening, nothing had been done. Besides that, we had to put up with the smell of a smoking room. They were also roofing above us so we got to listen to pounding early in the morning and the tarp they were using hung in front of our balcony. We will never stay at the Grand Victorian again!

The Grand Victorian
When making a reservation I called three different times and was quoted three different rates between 59.00 and 109.00 for the same type of room for 1 night.
