Great view, delicious food, nice atmosphere, good service. Value for money if you are not backpacker. Their lasagne is the best I have eaten in Shanghai. I have lived here 2,5 yrs and visited Cucina several times.

Main course was not good, although the appitizers were delicious. Very expensive. Quality was ok, Jean Georges (3 on the Bund) is much better, but a little pricer. The view is ok, again, the price for the experience - not worth it!
