I love this place!
I don't know what people are talking about, this place is great! The people are so nice, it's always clean, and the rooms are so comfortable and nice. The staff is great. The pool is great. The weather is great. I've stayed here for years and it never disappoints me. It is very relaxing. The restaurant there also has the best hotel food that I have ever had. I love it! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I will definitely be going back.

Hotel is not Safe - the Staff lies !!
I was told by the hotel that I was required to stay for a minimum of 4 days based upon a phone conversation I had trying to cancel my reservation. They would not let me cancel without a penalty. OK, so I show up there to check in and they stated that my reservation was for 3 nights !! What ?

A Perfect Get-Away Weekend...
This Hilton property is across the street from Spa Hotel/ Casino. It is only one (1) block away from Arenas (the main drag of gay clubs/bars/book store). It's basically one (or 2) blocks away from the PS's thoroughway as well. 2 blocks away from Starbucks/ Coffee Bean, about 3 blocks away from Hyatt, etc. The hotel doesn't look like its the newest hotel in PS, but overall, it's acceptable. Our room was a Presidential Jr. Suite. The room's decoration can be a little bit more. The TV is not a flat panel, just a regular TV. But... with that said, the hotel has a wonderful spa. I specifically asked for a male therapist and I got "Jason". He was awesome and being very handsome didn't hurt at all. I am already planning to go back to Jason soon... We went to the pool and jacuzzi and both are very good (no probs there). We had a late chk-out, at 2:00pm. That's about it... the hotel is well situated/ located, within walking distance to PS. We've also visited Hyatt (where our friends were staying), and their room was also very nice... it's a suite, with a living room, nice bathroom, and a room with balcony, facing the main drag. But, their bed is less than desired... Both hotels are not bad. Thx for reading...

What a drag this place is
It does not fulfill the meaning of the word "resort." Walking down the halls feels like you're in an institution. The rooms are dull and dated and you can tell the management is cheap---lots of signs like ultra-thin, small towels at the pool. I would not have stayed here except it was the only one available that weekend...now I know wy!

The Elements Spa was Amazing!!!
The entire hotel experience was one to remember. The spa in particular is something that I cannot stop talking about. The design and decor were beautiful and the spa staff was quite accommodating. I must admit that the next time I am in palm springs I will continue to rest, eat, and spa all under the roof of the Hilton. The one disapointment was the workout room. The Del Mar Hilton was much nicer.

Lousy customer service
We stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition. The staff is rude and not very helpful. To top it off, they overcharged us for our room by $300 and then told us sorry it would take a week to reverse THEIR mistake. Would never stay there again.

Will Never Go Back
Five of us stayed at the hotel with our dogs. The hotel did not inform us when we made the reservation that there would be a loud concert across the street from the hotel. When we asked about it, the staff was rude and unfriendly. The service is horrible. The hotel advertises for pets, but pets are not allowed near the pool, or anywhere else in the hotel except your room. The manager stated that we could not leave the pets and that they better not bark or we will have to pay for any disturbed guest, this with a loud concert across the street! When we complained about the poor service and stated we may never return, we were told "well I guess Hilton will go broke then." The next day, we were double charged for valet parking and had to request a review of our bill, again the staff was rude and unpleasant. We left the next day and went to another hotel, one that appreciated our business. We frequently stay at Hilton's but never again.

Mother-Daughter Weekend Get-a-Way!
My daughter and I loved the Hilton PS Resort. Everything we would have wanted or needed was there. We had a 3rd story pool view room. The rooms were very clean and the beds were the best - very comfortable. The workout facility was in excellent condition. We truly enjoyed the pool area as it was clean and the chairs were very comfortable. We also booked a massage at their spa! It was great! We are looking forward to another mother-daughter weekend get-a-way at the Hilton Resort. Thank you, Hilton, for making our stay first class.

Way too noisy
I have never stayed in a noiser room in all my life. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything anyone is saying to you next door like they were in your room. HORRIBLE. Trying to make a reservation at this location was also a pain--the reservation agents were not customer friendly. Yes the room was nice and the location is good, but because of the noise factor, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Will definently stay there agien!
My boyfreind and I went there looking for a place to just relax and stay for just one night. It was great, we felt so welcomed! Service was the best compared to other places we had been (Palm Mountain Resort & Spa). The room was very spacious, clean and the hotel is only 2 blocks from downtown and right next to the casino. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
