Horrendous experience all around
My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice, relaxing escape. Upon arrival, we immediately went to the pool to relax. The hotel had failed to mention that it had booked itself out to 200 college teens on spring break. It was 3pm, and there was a DJ station set up at the pool blasting incredibly loud house music, to the point of not even being able to have conversations. After quickly leaving the pool (because it was anything but relaxing) I requested we move rooms to the back of the hotel, where it would be quieter. The staff rudely moved us no more than 5 rooms down. Upon entering the room, we got into bed to watch a movie and found bedbugs crawling throughout the bed. We requested a new room, which we got. Now on our third room, we got into bed, where I found three large spiders crawling around. Too late at this point to find another hotel, we settled in for a long night of no sleep due to drunk college teens running through the halls and banging on doors. All in all, a horrendous stay with horrible customer service and notable issues.

Best Holiday Inn - Ever
We were looking for a few days away, just to play at the pool and relax. WOW This place was like no other Holiday Inn I've eer seen. You do wonder when they were picking paint chips for the extrerior, new owner obviously likes Moss Green..... We had some issues with the entry keys, clerk claimed computer problems.? Also, main reservation told us king bed with couch and well, they have nothing like that. But we were quickly swtched to a double room with no problems. Eveything about this place screams, new- clean - modern. For a refab, it even has the new hotel smell. One night they even have a big screen and play movies out by the pool! Lot's of places nearby ot eat at and othe then a large family with too many children to control at 10pm, we had a great time!

Almost a good experience
My fiancee and I had an almost good stay. The hotel was a good value. We had the misfortune to run into a huge family reunion and they were very loud during breakfast and by the pool. Unreasonably loud. We watched as countless families left the pool area because of the noise and unruly behavior of the kids. The adults with them pretty much let them go wild.

My New Favorite Place
I have to admit that I stayed at the Holiday Inn by default but what a great surprise. I knew from the minute I walked into the beautiful lobby that this was going to be an experience. This is truly a resort not a hotel. Bellmen, concierge service, room service, shuttle service and beautiful grounds and rooms certainly prove that. I loved being out of the frantic pace of downtown and yet only being two miles from there. I will definitely be back to my new favorite place!

WOW what a place
This property is a lot of fun and the rooms are really nice, the TV's are very nice. There was a movie shown outside at the pool that our kids loved. The place is cool and funky all at the same time.

Extremely Attentive Staff
New surroundings, killer inner courtayrd with great ambiance and buffeted from any wind and noise, beautiful large sparkling pool, food and beverage services available poolside, poolside/courtyard restaurant (very pricey), easy-access parking, large well-appointed rooms with high quality mattresses, sheets and towels, great attention to detail in guestrooms with large flat panel tvs, excellent phone systems, beautiful contemporary furnishings, nice and very useable deck overlooking courtyard. Whew! No, I DON'T WORK HERE, but I'm very impressed. After all of this, the best feature of the hotel is THE STAFF. From the (REAL) Concierge to to the front desk, to the houskeeping staff, EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND ATTENTIVE. There is no buck-passing on any question or task--THIS HOTEL HAS IT WAY OVER THE HILTON AND THE WYNDHAM, for a great price. EXCELLENT VALUE!!

Wonderful Time
I stayed here with my wife and daughter very shortly after the grand opening. You can really tell how neat and new this hotel is. The rooms were spacious, the television and entertainment modern, and the pool area was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the area.

A Fun Experience
I had a super time at this new Holiday Inn. The huge pool and courtyard had a great bar, firepit and water feature. All the rooms were new, with LCD TV's and great beds.

Renovated in 2007
My wife and I stayed in the Holiday Inn for 1 night and it was very nice. The rooms have been renovated and are fairly modern. With an LCD tv, wireless internet, comfy bed, marble counter in the bathroom. The lobby is very nice and the staff was helpful. The walls were a little thin as we could hear the people next to us. Or maybe they were just really loud. Other that that I would recommend this Hotel.
