Trouble in Pacific Beach
DO NOT EVER MAKE A RESERVATION – If you cancel a month before arrival date you will still be charged and they will not refund. This happened to me. I called one month before arrival date. They could not even find the reservation. They said "We cannot cancel something we don't have". They had it, they charged for first night (two rooms) when we didn't show up. When we asked for refund for a reservation we didn't have, they did everything they could think of to put us off, ignore us, blame others, make us prove it. They simply do not care about their customers. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY'RE TROUBLE.
