Great Hotel, good price, great location
I have been there several times (I am a 2 star person with 4 star tastes): The rooms are very nice, especially the bathrooms, previous problems with the air conditioning seem to have been fixed. The views are always nice.

Very nice hotel
Well, I stayed in the Pacific King room. This is a nice room. HUGE!! Really nice to enjoy when you really want to relax and enjoy your stay. There is Robertsons mall a very short walk away. I liked going to the mom and pop little restaurants to eat. Not too expensive, just gotta walk around to find one. The one I saw was very close and had fresh seafood. Depends on what you want to do, this place isn't surrounded by the bars, like in Makati area. If you want a nice place to stay, that is close to a mall, then this is the place. My butler Jessie took care of all our needs. If you need something, any one of the staff is more than willing to help you out.

THE VERY BEST HOTEL IN MANILA
my wife and I stay at the pan pacific for 5 days. This hotel has by far the very best staff and their meals were excellent. I would indeed stay at the pan pacific again, and next visit will do so, keep up the wonderful service.

A modern place to stay
A very modern place to stay. It has a card which opens the door and runs all the utilities inside the room. The beds are standard size, bathrooms were clean and flushed but the shower could have used a bit more power. If your looking for history dont stay here, if your looking for modern this will be it!

Embassy Rate
I think this a great hotel to stay at. I really like the free breakfast for two and free internet. Ask for the Embassy rate.

Butler's everywhere
The staff at this hotel are outstanding. The bathrooms are very nice and so are the bed's. The only thing that was bad was the hotel food. I used room service, lounge and the club for food. The meals tasted like frozen dinners that are microwaved before serving. After 2 days, I ate out everyday.

Remodel the place
I chose this hotel because they claimed that a mall is near their place, what are they taking about? I walked going to the mall and I was all sweaty I sould have just taken a taxi even if they over charge me, the rooms its ancient and the furnitures are dated looks like it has been bought from the Salvation Army.

Great Hotel
I love the look of his hotel. The rooms were big with seperate shower and tub. The resturant was great. It had the best buffet. The staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the security at the hotel. You had to use your room key just to get onto the elevator. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was its location. If your just looking for a really all around good hotel to stay in, then you should stay at Pan Pacific.
