Met my expectations
I travel on average about once a month for overnights and twice yearly I take week long trips for business. I always try and stay at the Hampton Inn. I have never come across one I that I did not like. The rooms are clean, and comfortable and the pricing is moderate. In my experience you get more than your money's worth at this hotel. And this particular one, (Niagara Fall's) is no different. Wonderful hotel.

Haunted Room
Great hotel, location was central for what we needed, Staff was very helpful, and nice. We originally booked a regular room then upgraded to a spa suite. The room was clean but kind of dated, not bad enough to make us never want to stay here again or anything. The first night we stayed here my wife heard and felt someone walking in our room and sit on the bed next to her, later the same night we both heard someone walking around in our room, that happened everynight of the 5 nights we stayed here, the last night we both felt someone sitting at the edge of our bed, the bed was pushed down between our feet. We jumped out of the bed turned on the lights and the TV for light and noise. We think our room was haunted, not bad enough to make us leave but we wouldn't stay in that room again.

Only if you like the smell of stale smoke
As I write this, I am on a bootlegged wireless internet connection from a Holiday Inn that must be nearby because after an hour and a half with the front desk and the tech support people and replacing the ethernet cable, they still can't get the internet working in this room.

We enjoyed our stay!
It is difficult to pick out a hotel without seeing it, but I managed to get the right one. The reviews really helped me with this choice.

what a wonderful place to stay...
Amasing experience for all my family. We had 2 small children with us. I booked the room online and there was only smoking rooms available. I thought that we will arrive earlier and ask the frontdesk to switch our room to non-smoking, but very polite lady at the front desk said there was nothing available. I got very upset at first, but when we got into the room - We were surprised by the cleanliness, no smell at all and there was PS2 with the TV!!!

Excellent Service
This hotel was "Great" in all areas. We had a family trip to Niagara Falls 8/11 -- 8/14, 2006, which included 34 people and 13 rooms. The manager, Sarah Harrell assisted us from beginning to end with the planning of this family trip. Even though check in was not until 4:00 pm, all rooms were ready well before 4:00 pm. The front desk and housekeeping staff were always courteous and provided top-notch customer service. Everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. It was also within walking distance of the major attractions in Niagara Falls. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent overall...
The Hampton Inn is a very affordable, extremely clean and friendly staffed hotel. We were very impressed with everything including their hot/cold breakfast where they offer much more than you expect. We will recommend this hotel, as well as research other Hampton Inns from now on while travelling due to this fabulous experience.

CLEAN and Close
This place was clean and the staff was great. Free parking in the lot and they are about 1 mile to the falls (bring comfy shoes). Free breakfast in the morning, nothing to write home about but hey did you hear me it is FREE! Coffee available 24x7 in the lobby. Great hotel would stay again.
