Back to Comfort Inn The Pointe Didn't get the room I set up ahead of time The hotel was in a good spot, the service was good,But I set up a room on the side of the hotel on the side of the falls was placed on the side of the parking lot( not happy) when I set up the room by AAA was to get a queen size bed was given 2 queen size thought it was a little pricey. the room had a smell like smokey, the air did not work very well. The bathroom WOW you can hardly fit 1 person in there and the tub would not drain very well and the 1 elevator it made so much noise I took the stairs afraid that would stop between floors. AAA needs to take a close look here to check the rating because I would not stay again

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 02 2008 Excellent Location and good hotel The location of the hotel is very good. I did not have to take my car out for the two days that I stayed there. The breakfast is very good as they have many choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is ok. - Overall it is worth for the money that you pay.
Reviewed by: Jyothi from on Oct 18 2008 A- Great service! Their continental breakfast was great! Most hotels around there does not offer this. Direction to popular attractions was handy from the hotel staff. I guess, they programmed in their computer system all popular locations that visitors like to go and prints it out a split second. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with great service, The Pointe is way to go. Did I mention that it's very close to the Falls? Yeah!
Reviewed by: carbuyerallover from on Sep 30 2008 Perfect Location for Walking! July 30 - Aug 2: If you don't want to have the hassle of sitting in a car while waiting to cross either border or the cost of parking, this Comfort Inn is within walking distance of all the American attractions. We walked across the border to the Canadian attractions and took the People Mover there, to go up and down the strip. The room was great. The AC worked great, the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but otherwise the level of cleanliness was very good. Everyone, including the maintenance staff, was very friendly. We thought the breakfast buffet was great, especially the do-it-yourself waffles! For lunch/dinner, eat at the casino or Hard Rock cafe. There are very few good restaurants within walking distance. Merchandise in the immediate area was cheap quality. Tough to find keepsakes and gifts. Unfortunately, the Canadian side was very expensive, so there wasn't a good middle ground for quality goods at affordable prices. Would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn again for its location and price! They don't charge for parking either.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Aug 04 2008 Nice place to visit We just came back from Niagara FAlls USA. I have been on the Canadian side too and I was shocked to see how depressing the US side is. Specially it seemed run down area. However the Niagara Falls park is really nice and plenty of places to view falls.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jul 07 2008 Location & value This is the place to stay The room was clean and quiet. Great value and location. You walk across the street to see the American Falls. The con't brkfst was so-so. The walk to the Casino was ok but Niagra Falls the city is run down and a little scary. The buffet at the casino is a must. It is great value. There is not alot to do on the American Side but it the best side to experience the power of the falls,
