An Amazing Intimate Dinner
This is one of the best restaurants that I have eaten. The food is exquisite, the service is flawless, the atmosphere is brilliant, and the views are marvelous! The staff is very professional and our server exhibited a fair knowledge of the food and wine they serve. Both of us were astounded at the quality of these dishes, you can really tell the chef used a lot of creativity and they look like artwork. We sat next to the fireplace and it was so romantic and cozy. I would recommend anyone to go here for a special occasion, to bring visitors, or just to pamper yourself. I will be returning to Craftwood Inn very soon.

Why did we go there?
Very appealing out of the way small town resturant from the street, but we wasted our $$$$ here when could have enjoyed a much better expereince somewhere else. It was reccomended by a friend, but I guess we all have those freinds who are easily impressed and eat out once every five years at some place other than KFC or Pizza Hut? Management needs to get a grip on what they really are, find some consistancy from plate to place and either upgrade the the service and atomoshpere or lower the prices. Its not in New York, L.A. or Chicago the service and quality needs work, there isn't any beautiful silverware or fine china, but there are beat up chairs banged up walls, worn carpet, etc so charge accordingly. I would go back if the prices reflected the over quality beacuse the food is bad, the chef or owner has an inflated idea of what they present to the public

Typical small town inflated idea of over all quality. I guess its the big fish in the small pond syndrome?
