This restaurant in the Royal Hotel offers an elegant dining experience. The dining room is all that remains of the original Royal Hotel. It has the grace of an earlier age where silver and crystal reflect the light from chandeliers, burnished wood glows from decades of polishing, and a pianist or harpist plays unobtrusively in the background. The food is a nouvelle take on traditional French cuisine and is very fine. A dessert trolley at the end of the meal will make you wish that you hadn't filled up quite so much on the previous courses.
