The name says it all. Church Brew Works is a brewery in a renovated Catholic church. A copper kettle now sits where the altar once was and the stained-glass windows shine light on patrons swilling distinctive ales and lagers. The house brews are named in view of the unique environment: Pipe Organ Ale, Bell Tower Brown Ale and Pious Monk Dunkel. The noise level is too high to make this a restaurant in which one might hope to hold a conversation...
