With a seating capacity of 8,000, this stadium is located at the base of Mount Namsan, near downtown Seoul. It is part of Changchungdan Park. During the 1988 Seoul Olympics, Judo and Taekwondo matches were held at this site. Today it is a good place to enjoy Korean professional basketball or volleyball games. During autumn and spring, no games take place and the stadium is available for rental by sporting teams, church groups and companies for private events. Occasionally Korean music or film personalities give performances here.
