Besides serving up a good variety of American cuisine for lunch and dinner, this bar is reputedly the best place on the island for jazz. The popular Bank Breaker cocktail is named for notorious merchant banker, Nick Leeson--a regular before the law caught up with him. Live music entertains from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, aspiring musicians gather for a special jam session in the evenings. This bar has been named a Great Heineken Bar of the World. In addition, it was conferred the World’s Best Bar award by Newsweek International in 1995.
