The home is decorated much as Margaret decorated it and it is beautiful especially to think of when it was built. On the tour, you learn that Margaret did so much more than just survive the Titanic. The only thing is that pictures are NOT allowed and it is warm in the summer (no air and only a few rooms have fans). Very lovely. There is a small hands-on opportunity at the end of the tour for little ones.

I was really excited about going on this tour. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. The group on our tour was to big and so it was hard to get to take it all in and see everything on the guided tour. I think that they need to limit th # of people per tour. Especially since you have to pay for the tour. I love these older houses and our tour guide had been doing this for a long time and really knew her stuff. Just wish we could have enjoyed it a bit more.

This is a great family stop. The waiting period in the carriage house gives time to examine information regarding The Titanic.

I've been there twice and love it!! If your interested in history, such as the late 1800s and early 1900s, this is a great place to go. I'm very interested in Molly Brown and enjoyed the tour of her home both times!

The Molly Brown house was a beautiful place with an adorable gift shop. However, it was definitely not accomodating to children. And it is a bit pricey.

I thought that it was an insightful look at what life was like back when Molly Brown was alive. I liked the fact that they have restored it as much as possible to what it looked like when she lived there. I just thought it was a nice tour and definently something I'd do again.

First of all, I'm a Titanic buff. So I knew a lot about Molly Brown before I walked in. It was very entertaining to hear about Molly in her younger days and how she came into money. The foyer was truly amazing, it was my favorite part. Her house is beautifully decorated too. But what I didn't like, which can't be changed in any way, is that it's not furnished with Molly's things. Only some things were actually hers, but it's less than you think. The house is still made the way she wanted it but several people lived there after she left the house. It was even a boarding house once. So with that in mind, don't expect perfection. The staff was well educated in Molly and the tour takes about 45 minutes. Entrance fee is $6.50. There is a gift shop in what use to hold Molly's horses in the back. If you're a Titanic buff like me, you'll find a few things in that gift shop that you might not find anywhere else. Like a White Star Line t-shirt, DVD's about the Titanic, and other fun stuff like a replica of the New York Post the day after the Titanic sank. Overall, I would recommend Molly Brown's house to anyone visiting Denver.
