GORGEOUS Country Club
We had our wedding here a few years ago and could not have chosen a more fabulous location. Windermere Country Club, Islesworth - nothing compares. The prices were surprisingly reasonable and the food was delicious. The club house is extremely elegant and classy. Very posh. Plus, the service is amazing. I don't play golf so I cannot comment on the course, but the facilities are beautiful. It is a private club, though, so invitations are required and weddings must be sponsored by a member.

The condition was poor and the layout was only alright. I did enjoy the clubhouse, pool and dining facilities. Dinner was excellent.

The members are mostly old money and low key--most very wealthy and established, but they're NOT flashy. Founded in 1911, this historic club is STILL by far the best in Orlando (and one of the tops in the State)--and the hardest to get in to. It's the
