This golf course has an impeccable pedigree, having been originally designed by the great Donald Ross in 1918. Robert Trent Jones Sr. updated the layout in 1959. It is very much a traditional club course. The fairways are narrow, and the greens are small and slippery. Don't let the relative lack of yardage fool you, the two course architects didn't need length to test your game. This excellent course has only one par-4 in excess of 400 yards. The par-5s are short as well.
