This restaurant really deserves the many awards and consistently good reviews it has received. These include three rosettes from the AA and a star from Egon Ronay for the excellence of its modern, international cuisine. Set in a four acre garden, this 200 year old country house has spectacular views across the Tamar Valley and into Cornwall. The main restaurant seats up to 50 guests and the Music Room is available for private functions for up to 15 people. There are always two or three vegetarian options to choose from and their outstanding desserts have won a special award. The restaurant is open all week, but does not serve lunch on Mondays.
