City of Lights Jazz and Rhythm & Blues Festival at the Clark County Amphitheater has been wildly popular since it began in 1993. The line-up of jazz greats just gets bigger and better every year. Past performers include the likes of Paul Taylor, Janice Cooling, Chuck Mangione and the Jazz Crusaders. Tickets sell out almost immediately. Credit cards will be taken with phone orders. Cash only the day of concert. The festival is held annually in April.
