This guesthouse has twenty rooms, ten with kitchenettes and ten without. One of these rooms is designed for handicapped guests. Was good until we saw the nasty side
My boyfriend's suitcase had attempted to be broken into as the lock had collapsed and something was stuck inside with and management basically told us that we were liars and that her staff would never do such a thing. We never even got an apology. Thought this was rude and disrespectful for a manager.

Why should someone be scared to leave her suitcases locked in fear that it would be broken into while they are out?
