Temple Row is an informal name for the row of eight (actually, there is a ninth nearby to the north, in Irabayashi-machi) temples located in what else but tera-machi (temple town). The walk along the street that passes in front of these temples is quite relaxing and scenic, while smaller paths run between most of the temples to cemeteries that climb up the hillside behind them. Ryoma Road also starts between the northern two temples, while another path to the south leads up to the top of Kagashira Park.
