wonderful day away
Tagaytay is a beautiful place where the views of the lake are spectacular, the air is fresh and cool and the food is wonderful. i went with some dear friends who took me on a day trip to leslies for lunch (looking out towards the volcano) and then to sonja's garden for herbal tea and deserts. whilst at sonja's be sure to look in the gift store and ask to look in the cottages, beautiful.

Tagaytay or Tagay 'tay
If you happen to visit Philippines and you are staying in Makati or Alabang Area, don't forget to visit Tagaytay. It is just a 45 minutes drive on normal traffic. The view at the ridge is picture perfect and the cool climate is similar to that of Baguio. Expect to encounter fog at dawn or on late afternoons. There is no shortage of places to visit for sight seing and gastronomic adventure. If you are a coffee drinker like me, this is one of the best place to have a cup of coffee while having a nice conversation with a companion. Tarah na!
