The Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum is an immense facility, located on the Arizona State Fairgrounds, seats 12,000-15,000 and is utilized for many differing activities, from concerts and sporting events to trade and tool shows. During the Arizona State Fair, performers at sponsored concerts have featured Brian White and the Beach Boys in years past. It hosts the annual Kruse International Collector Car Auction & Show Scottsdale and is also home to the local hockey team, the Phoenix Mustangs as well as the professional indoor soccer team, Arizona Thunder.
