Like the name implies, you'll dine under the flapping fronds of banana trees (and the stars) at one of the newest and hippest eateries on Nevis. Run by the ambitious young restaurateur Gillian Smith, 'Bananas' is her trendy dinner spot offering an eclectic fusion cuisine. During breakfast and lunch, Gillian also runs 'Cafe des Arts' in Charlestown.

BANANAS BISTRO
The "new" Bananas is open high up in Upper Hamilton Estate. A brand new building with great staff, a selection of Cuban cigars, aged rums, extensive wine list and a menu selection for any palette. Reservations are recommended. 869-469-1891. Congrats Gillian!
