Luxurious Boutique Hotel
I've recently stayed at this hotel (March 3-5, 2009) for business purposes. When I go to Denver my preference used to be the Hyatt, however Perfect Escapes suggested Hotel Teatro. What a pleasant surprise!. Hotel Teatro surpassed my expectations of a Boutique Hotel.

You Must stay here!
What an incredible hotel and attentive staff. As a frequent traveler, I can tell you this is a well run, lovely hotel, full of people just trying to make your stay wonderful. Great, impeccably clean room, wonderful linens, comfy bed, great Aveda products. For those of you that must have TV, count them two, even one in the bathroom. Close enough to walk to the Theater, restaurants and 16th street mall. Hotel restaurant is excellent. The little extra touches are all there. From the little chocolates after the turn down service at night, to the wonderful desk clerk that checked me out early one cold snowy morning and brought me a cup of fresh brewed coffee to enjoy on my cab ride to the airport. Superior, look no further!

Very Nice Hotel
My wife and I stayed here a few years back. It was a great exprience, and a friendly staff. Rooms were a little small though. They were very helpful in getting us where we needed to go with their Land Rover shuttle service.

A 2 Star Experience
I often travel to Denver for business and usually stay at the Hyatt in Downtown. However, for a recent trip for pleasure, I thought I would see what other amenities Denver offered.

Terrible restaurant experience
The GM of the restaurant was un-professional and rude (rolling his eyes when a glass of water was accidentally tipped over) and some of its employees try to make the GM happy instead of satisfying the customers. The hotel itself is truly unique and first class with very friendly service, undeniable. However, for a better dining experience, I recommend go elsewhere, and there are plenty to choose from at that location.

My new favorite!!!!
We spent the night at the Hotel Teatro just last evening and I was committed to writing a review as soon as possible. You might find a few people on various sites say this hotel was not nice, staff rude, rooms small, etc. but I can tell you that none of it is true.

Great Boutique Hotel, but avoid small rooms
This hotel was nearly perfect in every way. Fantastic location in downtown Denver, and very friendly staff. The lobby showcases some great costumes from the theater.
