Back to Inverness Hotel and Conference Center (The) WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. I JUST STAYED AT THIS HOTEL LAST WEEK (7/08/07- 07/12/07) AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND HEPLFUL. FOR A FEW DAYS I JUST HUNG AROUND THE HOTEL AND ALWAYS FOUND MYSELF OCCUPIED. IT WAS EITHER GOING TO THE HOT TOB, THE OUTDOOR POOL ON THE WARM DAYS, GOING TO THE BAR CALLED "THE SPOTTED DOG", GOING TO ONE OF THEIR FANCY RESTUARANTS, THE HUGE GOLF COURSE, THE SALON, OR THE GYM. THE HOUSEMAIDS ARE VERY NICE AND TWICE A DAY THEY CAME IN TO CLEAN UP MY MESS!!! THE VIEW FROM THE HOTEL IS GORGEOUS EVERYWHERE. SOMETIMES I JUST SAT BY THE WINDOW WATCHING PEOPLE PLAY GOLF. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.THE LOCATION IS GREAT TOO. IT'S 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN AND 35 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Visited the Inverness b/c it was a four diamond hotel, unfortunately the week before, I visited Hotel Teatro in Denver downtown. Both were labeled as 4 diamonds, but Inverness fell short. Rooms were average, the bathroom was similiar to a La Quinta bathroom. If you are just looking for an average hotel, there are plenty in Denver that will cost a quarter of the price of Inverness. One positive was that the sunday brunch was great, but the bill was hefty~~!!
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Apr 09 2005 Lovely & Clean We spent Christmas at the Inverness. The hotel was just beautifully decorated, plus it is a very lovely hotel. They have many places to sit and enjoy the architecture, fireplace, and beautiful views of the golf course. We felt very comfortable here and a little spoiled. The turn down service was specially nice on Christmas eve when they left a little santa stocking filled with candy on our bed. This was a wonderful experience.
