Even though you may not be able to pronounce anything on the menu at this charming country restaurant, the richly tantalizing, mouth-watering dishes are sure to please. Signature dishes include Poisson des Iles au Buerre-Blanc which is fresh island fish poached in a rich cream sauce and Carre D'Agneau Facon Paniolo Chutney De Fruits Exotic, a grilled rack of lamb with a Hawaiian-style barbecue marinade. Be alert the first time you drive here. The restaurant is just off a busy highway, and if you aren't paying attention, you may speed right past it.
