A historical wooden slice from the Napoleon elm, which sits at the museum's entrance is also exciting. It originates from an elm tree, which was planted in the Kölnstraße in the year Napoleon was born, until it had to be felled in 1977. A track through the small herbal garden behind the house makes the visit complete.
