It's a very big and clean mall. I like the many shops and they have a lot to offer. As an American I found a lot of places to eat that are to my liking. The entertainment was great to watch and the piony people are very nice.

I love this mall because it is much classier than SM Megamall and less crowded which for me makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. If you like japanese food I recommend you try Sumo Sam's on the 5th floor. Starbucks is also on the same level for you coffee addicts. Overall, It is a great mall to take your family to enjoy it's wonderful selection of vendors and entertainment.

Shopping at the Shangri-La is always a pleasure. Because its store mix is perceived to be very high-end, you have less of the crowd in the neighboring SM Megamall. Doesn't feel claustrophobic at all and shopping is stress-free and enjoyable.
