My first visit included a magnificent meal but the second visit produced an average meal. The atmosphere is nice however when you consider this is where the Portuguese military officers used to hang out. Business casual dress is required (i.e. no shorts, no t-shirts).

the food reminds me of the food in portugal i think that the chief and the cooks have to recieve and award for thier outstanding dishes
