This restaurant is no longer called 'Restaurante Pizeria La Torre'. It has been renamed 'Ristorante La Gondola'. The address and contact details remain the same. The previous owner, Luca Marchetti, sold the restaurant to a local Chinese around five years ago and then opened up the Toscana restaurant in Bangkok. The new owner kept the name up until just a few months ago. All of this I discovered when I dined there on Monday, 29th August 2005 after having not visited Macau for some 6 years!
