Open to non-residents, this is a busy hotel restaurant in Glasgow's growing Theatreland. Food is French/Mediterranean with an emphasis on top-quality, fresh ingredients. Starters are particularly imaginative and feature some rather unusual combinations of ingredients. There's a choice of about seven main courses with one vegetarian option and then it's on to the puddings, for which La Bonne Auberge is justifiably renowned. There are good set menu deals to be had at lunch and pre-theatre time.
