It is home to the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and has won a coveted Performing Arts Centre of the Year Award. sorry... never went inside
but i did look at the website. It looks like a fine establishment on the inside from the pics i saw and im sure the sound quality must be great, but.... what about the outside? I was walking by it the other day and wondered if maybe that was the new wing for the remand center. But then i noticed it was the winspear center and figured i must be looking at the backside. I was... so i walked around on 102 ave and found that side was built bunker style too but happily the front facade is more of 60s style glass wall with a little glass shed on the corner for the entry. Wheres the boot room? Cant we do any better?
