Spain's national cocktail mixing champion serves his own creations along with classic recipes in this café, cocktail bar and art gallery next to La Seo Cathedral. Primary decor are the bases of Roman columns in imitation of the nearby remains of the old Forum. Brick walls, wooden roof beams, large paintings and wooden tables make up the rest of the decor. It's a pleasant place to drink cocktails at EUR4.20 with alcohol or EUR3.90 without. The champion barman recommends a Zara (orange, lime, soda and a sprig of mint), a Heczara (gin, rum, lime and pineapple juice) or a Judith (whisky, egg liqueur and pineapple juice).
