friendly and knowledge staff. Was close to where we wanted to be. We got a discount on food at the Denny's next to the Days Inn. We got a newspaper every morning by our door. The room is older and they are in the processs of updating. Would have like the pool checked more often someone had thrown up on the edge of the sidewalk around the pool and it was not cleaned up.

Rooms were booked as a group for a team competition trip in the area. After reading all the negative comments, (which by the way are old comments, I think the hotel has been renovated since many of these comments) I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were. The service is very good, always had plenty of supplies every day. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked just fine. For the money, this is the best value in the area. It's not fancy, but very clean, bright and pleasant. I don't know what room the visitors posting comments have stayed in, but my group had 7 rooms and not one had a hole in the wall, or a bug in the room. Forgot to mention, one of the best parts of the stay was the free continental breakfast every morning. Management was kind enough to open early one of the mornings for our team since they had early practice. Food was great and plentiful. I would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

I thought the customer services was great. They helped us in everyway that i thought they actually could. The rooms were always cleaned and stocked everyday with all the items we needed.

Let me start off by saying this hotel was disgusting. Right next to bush gardens was the only good thing for driving reasons.When we checked in at 5:45 pm my bathroom had never been cleaned and didn't get cleaned until 9:00 pm, having to ask twice for service. Everything smelled bad, falling apart, holes in the wall, stained floors, bathroom was horrific, my 14 month old was gettting hurt. Don't stay here at all, it will ruin your trip completely.
