Back to LaQuinta Inn & Suites Great hotel for the price. Stayed 2 nights. Very close to Bush Garden. Clean. Great continental breakfast. Nice staff. My kids loved the outdoor heated pool and spa pool. Great price and I got a AAA discount too. Convenient to the Mall and restuarants. Nice area. Right off 275. Definitely recommend and would go back.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 28 2009 I will como again I just came to visit Tampa, I was a little scared about the Hotel, but everything was good, the room was clean, and the breakfast good for the price, I did not expect more. I recommended to go, if you only go to sleep, the location is excellent near Busch garden. and good restaurants.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 17 2008 We loved it! My husband and I got married on April 28th, 2007. We were looking for a hotel that was close to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We went to a few other hotels to check it out and they smelled old with the odor of cigerettes. We stop at La Quinta. It was nice and refreshing. Customer Service was great. The roomservice was excellent! I recommend this hotel to anyone!
Reviewed by: Newlyweds 07 from on Nov 06 2007 location was perfect The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
Reviewed by: travel qa from on Nov 03 2007 I'll never go back! This hotel has gone down. I had to listen to staff's personal problems due to the woman's loud voice during breakfast. She got really angry when someone had spilled syrup at the waffle area. (It was only one or two spoonfuls, not a big amount. Then, to add insult to injury, I was only in the jacuzzi 10 minutes when a gruff pool guy said "You've got to get out, I'm cleaning the pool now and he turned the jets off and walked away. I'll never go back. I've been coming to this hotel for four years and I've never had so much go wrong. Next time, I'll try the Wingate or the Embassy. LaQuinta at 3701 Fowler, Tampa, Fl is a waste of time and money.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Oct 17 2007 Great Stay I was really hesitant on booking a hotel over the inet with just other peoples reviews, but this hotel is really great. its about a mile from Bush Gardens (so dont walk like i did) but the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was great. Great experience overall

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jun 22 2007 Almost Perfect The location to Busch Garden was great. Continental brakfast was good along with pool/hot tub. Only gripe was when we asked for a an extra pillow we were told no. I actually went out and bought a pillow because my leg was bothering during sleep.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 07 2007 Tampa's Suprise When we planned our first trip to Tampa we did not expect to find such a nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and the outdoor landscaping in the back garden is relaxing and beautiful. The Breakfast Menue included yogurt, fruit, juices and the Waffle Sjkuillets were easy to use the the Waffles were wonderful. This Hotel could use some more staff at the front desk at times. However it is an excellent value for the amenities the hotel provides. They een hae a hot tub and an exercise room. We ordered Pizza from one of the Local Pizza Menus in the Room and it was excellent.
