Back to Hilton Albuquerque A Wonderful Surprise I stayed at the Hilton Albuquerque for 5 days and checked out the reviews on the web prior to arrival. There were a number of negative reviews, so I was worried, but for no reason. The room was very nice, new flat screen TV, great service, room service and food was extraordinary. Frosting on the cake....free wireless extranet! I would stay again.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 18 2008 Nice place and a bargain w/ Priceline I had read some really bad reviews of this place, so I was a bit worried. I really do not see what the problem is. It is an older hotel with some character and the facilities show their age--small elevators, older furniture in room, some dated decor. But the service was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking was no problem, easy freeway access, and they have a really nice steakhouse in the hotel. If you want a newer, more modern, cookie cutter style hotel try the Embassy Suites Albuquerque (also a Hilton property) which was also very nice.

Reviewed by: Stephen S from on Feb 22 2007 Great Hospitality! The room was clean and in good condition, but there weren't many extras (the coffee pot was kept in the bathroom, there was no sink outside the bathroom, etc) The room was average for a 3-star hotel, but the staff made it feel like a 5-star! The entire staff at this hotel is outstanding! From the time we checked in through the time we checked out, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 13 2007 Meet real Albuquerque The Hilton is a fine hotel that also attracts local people for music, dancing and socializing. It's a great place to mingle with regular working people and dance to musica caliente--great latin beats. Who knows what friends you might make while you are here? I go there to enjoy meeting classy but down-to-earth Hispanic people from all over the area, and sharing good talk and dancing.
Reviewed by: Doug from on Sep 26 2005 Great hotel for a great price The rooms are big and are always clean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool which is great for Albuquerque climate. Staff is friendly and always willing to help you out. The hotel is located centrally in Albuquerque and is close to freeways and restraunts.
