Vulcan Video routinely cheats Ebay customers by not sending items they have paid for. So far, 19 customers have had that experience -- see Vulcanvideo (ebay id) feedback. . I myself paid for 2 separate auctions and received nothing. I am making a complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Department of Consumer Fraud. Vulcan Video -- dishonest business. Suggest you avoid them.
