The award-winning Doncaster was the first hotel built in historic Braidwood in 1837. A convent was rebuilt on the site in 1906. The present-day property stands as the a boutique hotel, function centre and International Butler Training School for the district. Guest rooms are decorated with antique furnishings but also provide contemporary design features.
