Are there better situated tennis courts anywhere in the world? With views from the mountain to the sea, the centre is the home of Tasmanian tennis. Its 22 courts cater for both social and professional players. Each year, January sees the Women's International Tournament--an event that is a training ground for champions. The club rooms have a bar and are available for hire. Social tennis is played on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9a and noon. At other times, guests may play for an hourly rate. The pro shop has a stringing facility, racquets, and clothing for sale.
