The cuisine at Chloe and Bernard’s draws from an international base. It changes seasonally, but you might find Rio Grande Tenderloin seasoned with pepper and coriander and served with corn and black bean salad and mashed plantains. Try the Tuna Panang crusted with sesame seeds and served with shrimp stewed with fresh vegetables and mungbean noodles. The décor sports airy white curtains blowing in the tropical breeze and brass accents. Located upstairs at the Westin Resort, St. John’s reception area, the restaurant has nice views from the front tables.
