Disappointing
On first appearance I thought, 'what a lovely hotel' and was sure I was going to have a really pleasant stay. The room was modern and nicely decorated but the view was a total let down, but I wasn't going to let it spoil my stay. However when nightime fell the noise of what must have been the boiler/heating sytem was intolerable!! When my boyfriend complained to reception that we couldn't sleep with the noise we were ignored apart from being furnished with an express checkout invoice sneakily shoved under our door.

I can't wait to go back!
Belfast is a very beautiful and very culture-rich city. The people are superb as well.

Excellent value for money
The only problems with this Hotel is that they don't have a swimming pool and the drink prices are expensive.

Great place... will be back for sure...
I was highly impressed with the level of customer service, the room was kept up well and the staff were very friendly & helpful. When I return to Belfast someday, I will book again there as they are close to so many things to see and do including shopping.

At last the hilton is here!
I have stayed a the hilton belfast twice in the last year and have loved it every time! Compared to some of the over priced and under resourced local hotels (europa), the rooms are spacious, clean, all appliances work and I'm always impressed with a good mini bar!

The only 5 star hotel in Belfast
Apparebtly it's the only 5 star hotel in Belfast. top location & everything else that you might expect from a 5 star hotel. I strongly recommend it to everyone. quite cheap even for students. special offers are also always on.

the jewel in the hilton Crown
The hilton is the only 5 star hotel in belfast and most of the time it's cheaper that the other 4 star hotels, you can get great weekend deals for £94.50 per room per night for two sharing with dinner on the first night and a Breakfast buffet that will blow you away. the staff are so friendly and are very genuine not stuck up like some hotels. apart from the amazing breakfast the views from both sides of the hotel over the lagan and over the sprawling city are beautiful. i'd recommend that extra few pound rather than a b&B it's well worth it, Hilton also have a full gym Swimming pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi. it right beside the train station and great for being close but not too close to all the night life and sure £3 in a taxi will bring you almost anywhere thats worth while going.A must try at least once experience
