This hotel, along with several restaurants and cafés, has helped to revive the Kazimierz District. Housed in an historic 15th-century building, the hotel’s interior is a mix of old and new. Every room has a mezuzah, a small scroll placed in a small receptacle fixed to the doorpost, on the door as a reminder of the Jewish faith. The hotel also contains a ritual Jewish bath called a mikveh, a definite rarity in modern Poland. Additionally, the hotel has special disabled facilities, non-smoking rooms and Internet access.
