The busiest of the beaches on the Golden Mile, North Beach, has beautiful sand and breakwaters, with lifeguards on watch every day. The wide promenade runs along the beach and between the promenade and the Marine Parade and Snell beachfront roads, are a plethora of family entertainments - pools, fun-fair type attractions, restaurants, and various booths and shops. An ideal place to spend the day with a family, with a host of things to keep everyone occupied.
